Welcome to Brush and Beyond Painting Corp. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Brush and Beyond Painting Corp. provides professional interior painting, drywall installation and repair, plastering, and garage finishing services in Ottawa and surrounding areas. Our services are subject to availability and scheduling.

2. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Prices are subject to change based on actual work conditions discovered during the project
• Additional work not included in the original quote will be discussed and approved before proceeding
• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD)

3. Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking
• Final payment is due upon completion of the work
• We accept cash, check, e-transfer, and major credit cards
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

• We will work with you to schedule services at a mutually convenient time
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance
• Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure quality service, customers agree to:

• Provide clear access to work areas
• Remove or protect valuable items from work areas
• Ensure pets and children are kept away from work areas
• Communicate any concerns or special requirements before work begins

6. Warranty and Guarantees

• We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee
• Warranty terms vary by service type and will be specified in your contract
• Warranty does not cover damage due to customer negligence or normal wear and tear
• Any warranty claims must be reported within the specified warranty period

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brush and Beyond Painting Corp. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

8. Insurance and Licensing

Brush and Beyond Painting Corp. is fully licensed and insured. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Brush and Beyond Painting Corp. and is protected by copyright laws.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Ontario law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
